Project 2: Draft
The piece has made a slight change in terms of setting. It was originally supposed to be in a public space, like Starbucks, in which the "friend" approaches us. However, due to the constant background noise interrupting, I thought it'd be more suitable for the "friend" to visit the listener at his house or apartment. Outside of that, the piece remains relatively the same as the proposal.
Some difficulties encountered were finding voice actors. The two people I asked to help did a good job in capturing the "arguments". I gave the voice actors a topic to argue about and let the magic happen from there. I had to record one argument a few times before I could get one that I would use in my piece. I still have to work on a better ending for the piece. The transitions are pretty much set. There is also the problem of a slight static background noise in some of the narrations. I will have to find a way to EQ that out.
